I lead the effort to create a club that locals will love.
The club manager's key duties include managing the shift schedule and operating expenses, and devising promotion and publicity strategies. Since it is a local-based club, I often interact with the outside, acting as the point of contact for staffing matters. I expose my staff to a variety of tasks outside of the club as we help out preschools and elementary schools. We also give fitness instruction at corporate gatherings and events and generally engage in a wide variety of work to cultivate human resources on staff.
Effective teamwork keeps the club lively.
Some clients love to exercise, while some clients put in the effort to maintain their health despite disliking it. Each client's motivation levels vary, so we make sure we adjust to each different level in order to get them interested in and able to enjoy exercising. As the manager, I run tasks smoothly by prioritizing them and foster teamwork with communication to achieve a good working environment.

I also serve as the kids' swimming coach.
As the instructor, I handle overall operations like the front desk and provide guidance on counseling, gym, exercise and class matters. I serve as the leader in kids' swimming, a joint establishment with the club. I also coach the kids based on their abilities, train new staff, improve guidance skills, and handle administrative tasks such as creating reports.
I strive to be a professional who lives up to client goals.
We are empathetic during counseling sessions to carefully customize an attainable, enjoyable fitness program for our clients. Renaiss pushes for each client's progress and adjusts to each situation for a truly personalized fitness experience. I pride myself as a professional and continue to seek more knowledge and technique to master my own method of instruction.

I utilize my experience in kids' swimming.
My main duties include customer service at the front desk, counseling, and providing fitness instructions to our clients. I utilize my experience in swimming from preschool to my second year of high school to give kids' swimming lessons everyday. I give swimming instructions by looking back at my earlier years to understand their mentality and capabilities, in hopes of highlighting and passing down the fun of swimming through my lessons.
I give positive instruction, and compliment to develop ability.
I ensure safety by building a good rapport with my students. I value positivity and compliment students when they achieve something, I believe that's especially crucial in kids' swimming. It's the most fulfilling feeling when parents thank me for helping their kids improve their swimming. My future goal is to be a leader in fostering a club environment full of love.

There's nothing more rewarding than helping others achieve a healthy life.
I perform a wide range of fitness instruction including gym classes, exercises, and kids' swimming, along with customer service duties. I'm the lead instructor for it now, but BODYPUMP was a program I always wanted to try. That's why the company sent me to their workshop where I got to obtain instructor certification. My interested in medical care led me to this career, so I'm grateful to be able to demonstrate the fun of maintaining health through fitness.

I want to bring out my cheerful energy when interacting with clients. My goal is to be the most personable staff member, so I try to inspire others to be happy. I look after each client and give close attention and advice to beginners so they don't feel excluded, creating a welcoming environment in my classes.

I promote fitness for rehabilitation and nursing care prevention.
I used to be in sales for another division, but I was influenced by my mother and grandparents who work at a welfare facility. That made me decided to transfer and challenge myself. My main duties include proposing a personalized fitness plan for clients and giving instructions on the machines. I update each day's routine based on the client's state of health and set the machines to corresponding levels as well. I assist in maintaining my client's physical health.
Communication is key for the best care.
I often learn a lot by conversing with clients with rich life experiences. At times, our clients interact with us more than their family, so we must make the effort to report any concerns that come up through our conversations to community support centers to form a solid support system around them. There is joy in building a healthy body through exercise, but I also strive to be a listener who's able to alleviate clients' concerns.
