Management is divided into three divisions: general affairs, accounting, and information systems. General affairs provides logistical support for our workers and all business-related matters, accounting manages the company's finances, and information systems keeps us connected by managing the company network.
General Affairs/In-house Duties
General affairs keeps all divisions running smoothly, supporting the company from behind the scenes. Reports all on-site issues to management and actively strives to improve and establish a comfortable work environment for the workers.
General Affairs/External Affairs
Serves secretarial duties like managing the schedule for executives, handling reference collection and public relations, managing real estate, property, patents, and trademarks, and legal affairs like drafting contracts for clients. It acts as the point of contact for the company to coordinate and negotiate external affairs.
Accounting manages the company's finances as one entity. Besides managing proceeds and profits, they create profit and loss plans and budgets for new ventures to ensure smooth circulation and effective use of funds.
General Affairs/Recruitment and Human Resource Cultivation
Expands recruitment network to hire the future leaders of ELLEROSE. Also in charge of implementing training and education programs for employees.
Every client who walks in our building is greeted first by the front desk staff. Serves as the "face of the company" with friendly and cheerful customer service that reflects ELLEROSE's image.
