The latest trends are reflected in our designs.

My job is to go to domestic and foreign exhibitions and gather information to apply it in our designs. First, I create and propose an image map or design image, then sew up a sample. I create the pattern by myself and repeat fittings until the desired result is achieved to finalize the product. I give instructions to the production factory personally and keep tabs on the product until its completion to ensure every request is met.

I want to bring happiness to as many people as possible.

In order to ensure full customer satisfaction with ELLEROSE products and continued patronage, observing product and market trends beyond intimate apparel is part of my daily routine. I'm a "builder" in my personal life as well, so I come up with ideas that way too. I absorb various things with an eye to the future and apply them to develop our products.

As a designer, I involve myself in the production process as much as possible.

I observe market flows and trends to come up with a suitable design and submit a proposal with a concept map or design image. After the design and fabric is selected, I create the pattern paper and sample. I also come up with a quote and give instructions to the sewing factory. Given how I'm involved with the whole production process, it's very fulfilling since I gain wide knowledge and experience as a designer.

I get to broaden my perspective to cultivate my creative power.

My plans are inspired by noticing small changes and needs in my surroundings. Designing demands flexible creative power so it's crucial to possess an acute skill for observation. I read books, go to the museum, get involved in craftsmanship for products beyond intimate apparel on a regular basis to expand my vision, and strive to perceive things from various angles.

To commercialize products envisioned during the planning process.

In Purchasing, we manage production in order to commercialize the designers' plans. I send materials such as fabric and lace to the factory and make needed adjustments to manufacture the product by the promised delivery date. I take care of price negotiations and manage materials before production and regularly go to the factory to perform quality checks. Our duty is to create quality products that never betray our customers' trust.

We always put ourselves in the other party's position when we communicate.

I try to be as accurate as possible since phone and e-mail are my main means of communication at work. When interacting with clients, I stand in the other party's position to avoid any assumptions and misunderstandings, and strive to be clear and polite. I never leave anything unknown unattended. I research or ask about it to transform it into personal knowledge to be able to deal with any situation as calmly as possible.

We don't just sell things, we sell value.

We make an effort not to be just a seller of things. We go beyond fulfilling our clients' requests, as we're able to propose merits and added values of handing the product. Through conversations, we detect issues and possibilities that the other party missed and propose specific solutions in order to achieve a product that exceeds client expectations.

A stimulating environment, expanding to overseas markets.

I provide support for overseas clients and actively organize business activities that lead to overseas expansion. Flexible adaptability is necessary to communicate and exchange ideas when doing business in foreign cultures. At times, it's daunting, but the global environment is incredibly exciting. With domestic affairs, I provide an explanation of our products and the necessity of intimate apparel, and get to meet many clients through workshops where I demonstrate how to use our products.

We constantly keep our eyes peeled for new hints.

I constantly take notes and prioritize my To Do list to efficiently tackle all tasks. I believe conversations with clients and instructions from seniors and superiors should never be forgotten. I gather many clues just by picking up what other people say around me. Being efficient and streamlining work is one of the most crucial things in business.
